CLOSE 2 HOME CALEDON was founded with a clear and urgent mission: to provide community-based, supportive housing for individuals with developmental challenges and diverse abilities, ensuring they remain connected to their families and their community.
Our founding team—Liana Cancian (Founding Director and dedicated mother to Olivia), Elena Rosati (Founding Director and loving mom to Luca), and Blanca Polanco (Founding Director and Community Child and Youth Care Worker)—shares a common vision of empowering vulnerable individuals and creating lasting, positive change. Together, we are working to raise funds to provide housing solutions tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
